These Biscuits and Chocolates are made at La Sablésienne by our master pastry chefs and chocolates makers who use noble ingredients such as good fresh butter and free-range eggs.

The Ingredients
Cat tongue : Wheat flour, egg white, fresh butter, sugar, natural vanilla aroma
Lemon chips cookie : Wheat flour, fresh butter 211%, sugar, lemon chips 72% (sucrose, e440i pectin, lemon pulp, oat fibers, lemon essential oil, tripotassic citrate, curcumin), eggs, salt, natural lemon aroma 04%, corn starch
Fresh butter cookie : Wheat flour, fresh butter 22.7%, sugar, eggs, salt, starch
Apricot jam : Apricot (60%), cane sugar, gelling agent: fruit pectin. Made with 60g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content: 55g per 100g.
Made in a workshop that also uses sesame, soybeans, hull fruits and cereals containing gluten, milk and butter
