All these cookies are made in hand made by the pastry masters of the Biscuiterie La Sablesienne who use noble ingredients such as good fresh butter and eggs of high -air chicken.
The Ingredients
Green tea: Ingredients: Green tea (76%), white tea (10%), apple pieces, natural flavour, freeze-dried pineapple flakes, rose petals, freeze-dried strawberry pieces
Black tea:
Ingredients: Black teas (India), natural aromas of bergamot, vanilla, sweet spices, blueberry petals
Infusion ingredients: Pieces of apple, rosehip bark, orange peel, hibiscus flower, raspberry leaves, eucalyptus leaves, lemongrass, natural flavor
Raspberry shortbread:
Wheat flour, Fresh butter 21%, Sugar, Raspberry chips 7.1% (raspberry puree, sucrose, apple, dextrose, pineapple fiber, aroma), Eggs, Salt, Starch
Caramel nuggets shortbread: wheat flour, fresh butter 22%, sugar, caramel panels with salted butter 2.9%(sugar, glucose syrup, milk, butter 10%, Guérande salt 0.3%), aroma natural, eggs, salt, starch
Apricot chips shortbread : wheat flour, fresh butter 21.1%, sugar, apricot chips 7.2% (apricot puree, sucrose, dextrose, oat fiber, natural aromas), eggs
