These Biscuits and Chocolates are made at La Sablésienne by our master pastry chefs and chocolates makers who use noble ingredients such as good fresh butter and free-range eggs.

Gianduja chocolate-coated almonds : Sugar, almonds 16%, cocoa paste, hazelnut paste, cocoa butter, whole powdered milk, gum arabic, rice starch and potato, emulsifier: soy lecithin, aromas, coating agents (wax of Bee, Carnauba wax, E904), colors (E153, E162, E172) % Gianduja: 25 %
All chocolate cookie : Wheat flour, fresh butter 19.8%, sugar, chocolate chips 10.4% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), cocoa powder, eggs, salt
Apricot chips cookie :Wheat flour, fresh butter 21.1%, sugar, apricot chips 7.2% (apricot puree, sucrose, dextrose, oat fiber, natural aromas), eggs, salt, natural apricot aroma 0 , 18%, corn starch
Strawberry jam : Strawberry (60%), cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice, gelling agent: fruit pectin. Made with 60g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content: 55g per 100g.
