Looking to offer an organic gourmet box? La Sablésienne offers an assortment of organic shortbread and organic jam. The French biscuit is honored with this assortment of organic and vegan biscuits, shortbread and strawberry jam to delight all lovers of good organic biscuits.

All these cookies are made artisanal by the pastry masters of the Biscuiterie La Sablesienne who use noble ingredients such as good fresh butter and eggs of high hens.

Sesame seeds shortbread:
Wheat flour, cane sugar, sunflower oil, sesame seeds 99%, salt, baking powder: ammonium bicarbonate, rosemary extract

Chocolate shortbread:
Wheat flour, Cane sugar, Fresh butter 18.7%Chocolate chips 10.5% (cane sugar, cocoa paste, sunflower lecithin emulsifier, vanilla extract)Lean cocoa powder 3.3%, Skimmed milk powder, Salt, Baking powder: sodium bicarbonate

Lemon-chia shortbread:
Wheat flour, cane sugar, sunflower oil, water, chia seeds 45%, natural lemon flavour 05%, salt, baking powder: ammonium bicarbonate

Vanilla shortbread:
Wheat flour, sugar, sunflower oil, water, natural vanilla flavour and other natural flavours 15%, salt, baking powder: ammonium bicarbonate

Mini cara tonka case:
Wheat flour, sugar, sunflower oil, water, caramel chips 5% (sugar, glucose syrup, sweetened condensed milk, butter, Guérande salt), salt, baking powder: ammonium bicarbonate, natural flavor of Tonka 02%, natural flavor of organic farming

Mini case choco banana:
Wheat flour, cane sugar, sunflower oil, chocolate chips 6% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter), water, banana cubes 35% (banana, rice flour), salt, natural banana flavour 045%, baking powder: ammonium bicarbonate

Strawberry jam : Strawberry (60%), cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice, gelling agent: fruit pectin. Made with 60g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content: 55g per 100g.

Made in a workshop that also uses sesame, soybeans, hull fruits and cereals containing gluten, milk and butter
